Assault: Nikia V. Butler, 33, of Troy, was arrested at 8:51a.m. Feb. 13and charged with thirddegree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Warrant: Robert J. Mott, 19, of Troy, was arrested at 9:21 a.m. Feb. 13on an outstanding warrant.

Warrant: David L. Arrington Jr., 20, of Troy, was arrested at 10:25a.m. Feb. 13on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Michael P. Malatesta, 27, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 11:24a.m. Feb. 13 on an outstanding warrant. Rape: Arkeyse Boyd, 33, of Albany, was arrested at 11:32 a.m. Feb. 13and charged with first-degree rape, seconddegree unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing, third-degree assault, third-degree menacing and endangering the welfare of a child.

Mischief: Deonte Borders, 24, of Bayone, was arrested at 12:03p.m. Feb. 13and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, first- and second-degree criminal contempt and also on an outstanding warrant.

Child endangerment: Marissa Flaherty, 22, of Cohoes, was arrested at 3:08p.m. Feb. 13 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Unlicensed driving: Michelle L. Smith, 34, of Troy, was arrested at 10:48p.m. Feb. 13 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving a suspended motor vehicle.

Warrant: Megan L. Golembieski, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 1:12a.m. Feb. 15on an outstanding warrant.

Warrant: Shawn D. Angel, 52, of Albany, was arrested at 1:36 a.m. Feb. 15on an outstanding warrant.

Warrant: Steven A. Ramirez, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 2:45a.m. Feb. 15on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Denzel N. Caldwell, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 10:30a.m. Feb. 15 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Larceny: Derrick T. Spann, 47, of Cohoes, was arrested at 1:04p.m. Feb. 15and charged with petit larceny. Unlicensed driving: Erika M. Ortiz-Reyes, 24, of Watervliet, was arrested at 12:30p.m. Feb. 15and charged with thirddegree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Unlicensed driving: Jonathan S. Salvadore, 28, of Stillwater, was arrested at 12:58p.m. Feb. 15and charged with thirddegree aggravated unlicensed operation and four vehicle and traffic infractions. Unlicensed driving: Sharon Smith, 26, of Mechanicville, was arrested at 2p.m. Feb. 15 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Unlicensed driving: Jah’Sheem M. Angus, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 4:02p.m. Feb. 15and charged with thirddegree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and

traffic infractions. Robbery: Darrell M. Willetts, 18, of Troy, was arrested at 8:44p.m. Feb. 15 and charged with seconddegree robbery and seconddegree obstructing govern- mental administration.

Assault: Milford Whitted, 34, of Stephentown, Mass., was arrested Feb. 15in Stephentown, N.Y., and charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor.

Assault: Todd M. Barber, 39, of Pittstown was ar- rested Feb. 14in Pittstown and charged with assault and second-degree reckless endangerment, misdemeanors.

Contempt: David D. Wright, 45, of Averill Park was arrested Feb. 15and charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.
