Warrant: Sabrina R. Appleby, 19, of Troy, was arrested at 1:27a.m. Feb. 23on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Davisha L. Blalark, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 4:24a.m. Feb. 23 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .8 percent or greater and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Assault: Carlos A. Rivera, 34, of Troy, was arrested at 10:58 a.m. Feb. 23and charged with third-degree assault, fourthdegree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Assault: Shawn M. Buff, 27, of East Greenbush, was arrested at 9:14p.m. Feb. 23 and charged with third-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Drug possession: Randolph X. Andino, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 9:41p.m. Feb. 23and charged with third- and fifthdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Unlicensed driving: Derrick D. Hussan Jr. 25, of Troy, was arrested at 9:43p.m. Feb. 23 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Mischief: Jamari J. Jones, 19, of Troy, was arrested at 10:25p.m. Feb. 23and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Contempt: James R. Ryder Jr., 30, of Troy, was arrested at 11:24p.m. Feb. 23and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment, criminal obstruction of breathing and endangering the welfare of a child. Drunken driving: Jose I. Serrano-Carranza, 33, of Troy, was arrested at 3:50a.m. Feb. 24and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a bloodalcohol content of .8percent or greater and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Assault: Tyrell K. O’Neill, 20, of Albany, was arrested at 4:03 a.m. Feb. 24and charged with third-degree assault, firstdegree escape and third- and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Drunken driving: Monica M. Muller, 27, of Fredericksberg, was arrested at 5:20a.m. Feb. 24and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a a bloodalcohol content of .8percent or greater and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Unlicensed driving: Chester W. Staley, 76, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 3:50p.m. Feb. 24and charged with thirddegree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Drug possession: James E. Rivers, 50, of Latham, was arrested at 5:32p.m. Feb. 24and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Drug possession: Henry L. Holmes Jr., 45, of Troy, was arrested at 5:32p.m. Feb. 24 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Drug possession: Tracy L. Hoch, 52, of Averill Park, was arrested at 5:40p.m. Feb. 24 and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Drug possession: Jeffrey M, Castagnier, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 10:09p.m. Feb. 24 and charged with third- and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree use of drug paraphernalia, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Prostitution: Sonia I. Bautista, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 11:14p.m. Feb. 24and charged with prostitution.

Assault: JC Brown III, 22,

of Cohoes, was arrested at 1:08p.m. Feb. 25and charged with first-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief, fourthdegree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing and first-degree unlawful imprisonment. Menacing: Robert P. Yerry, 43, of Troy, was arrested at 3:30p.m. Feb. 25and charged with second- degree menacing, first- and second-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief, seconddegree harassment, thirddegree assault, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing and aggravated criminal contempt. Mischief: Cree Weeks, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 8:29p.m. Feb. 25and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Drug possession: Tavon D. Murray, 37, of Troy, was

arrested at 9:35p.m. Feb. 25and charged with thirdand fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree use of drug paraphernalia and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Weapon possession: Chaz R. Masterson, 36, of Troy was arrested Feb. 25 in Brunswick and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor.
