Unlicensed driving: Marcell Burns, 51, of Albany, was arrested at 1:27a.m. March 2and charged with seconddegree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving a suspended motor vehicle, an outstanding warrant and also two vehicle and traffic infractions. Warrant: Wayne H. Hatch, 55, of Troy, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. March 2on an outstanding warrant.

Mischief: Julian Soto, 21, of Troy, was arrested at 11:38 p.m. March 2and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and also on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Ryan N. Tucker, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 1:51p.m. March 3and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while ability impaired by drugs, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, an outstanding warrant and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Drug possession: David J. Harden, 56, of Troy, was arrested at 6:31p.m. March 3and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Warrant: William L. Jackson, 49, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 7:01p.m. March 3on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Brianna D. Austin, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 7:19p.m. March 3on an outstanding warrant.

Drug possession: Lesly J. Bailey-Johnson, 56, of Troy, was arrested at 7:42p.m. March 3and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Drug sales: Lamont A. Lee, 50, of Troy, was arrested at 10 p.m. March 3and charged with third-degree criminal sales of a

controlled substance, thirddegree robbery, seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and firstdegree loitering.

Drug possession: Alfred Rivers, 51, of Troy, was arrested at 10p.m. March 3 and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first-degree loitering. Larceny: Jonathan J. Kudla, 23, of Port Byron, was arrested at 12:52a.m. March 4and charged with petit larceny.

False personation: Latif S. Parker, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 4:55a.m. March 4and charged with false personation, third-degree assault and aggravated criminal contempt. Warrant: Shannon M. Fennelly, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 9:12p.m. March 4 on an outstanding warrant.

Felony transport: Kevin M. Lecuyer, 57, of Troy and Frank E. Short, 58, of Waterford were charged with possession of and transporting more than $10,000 worth of unstamped cigarettes at 1:45p.m. Sunday on the Northway in Clifton Park.

Fraud: Richard E. Halse, 50, of Averill Park was charged with issuing a bad check, a misdemeanor, at 4:30p.m. Saturday 2278Route 43in Sand Lake.

Endangering a child: Nick Keffer, 24, of Pittstown was charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, and fifth-degree criminal sale of marijuana at 11a.m. Saturday at 295 Brick Church Rd. in Brunswick.

Drunken driving: Patrick B. Janssen, 25, of Troy was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating with a blood-alcohol content higher than .08percent at 10:54p.m. Saturday on alternate Route 7.
