Contempt: James R. Taylor, 42, of Troy, was arrested at 11:02a.m. April 16and charged with seconddegree criminal contempt. Robbery: Addison L. Holloway, 37, of Wynanstkill, was arrested at 11:29a.m. April 16and charged with third-degree robbery, second-degree burglary, two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. Mischief: Clarissa L. Williams, 37, of Troy, was arrested at 9:30p.m. April 16and charged with fourthdegree criminal mischief. Contempt: Tyrone E. Harris, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 11p.m. April 16and charged with firstdegree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. Endangerment: Jessica P. Travis, 20, of Albany, was arrested at 9:30a.m. April 16and charged with endangerment.

Warrant: Willie Charles Glover Jr., 39, of Troy, was arrested at 2:18p.m. April 17and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, criminal obstruction, seconddegree physical harassment, endangering the welfare of a child, and on an outstanding warrant. Sex Offender: Stanley L. Ball, 62, of Albany, was arrested at 2:06 p.m. April 17and charged with failure to register as a sex offender. Warrant: Raymond Thomas, 33, of Albany, was arrested at 4:48 p.m. April 17and charged with violation of probation. Possession: Ronnie Oliphant, 49, of Middle Island, was arrested at 5:44p.m. April 17and charged with possession of marijuana. Possession: Meaguel Raphael Oliphant, 41, of Lake Havasu, was arrested at 6:04p.m. April 17and charged with possession of marijuana and one traffic infraction. Warrant: Lana C. Dugan, 31, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 8:32 p.m. April 17on an outstanding warrant.

Unlicensed Operation: Jahmel Ryquan, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 9:17p.m. April 17and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and two traffic infractions.

Warrant: Ronald C. Douglas, 48, of Lons, was arrested at 9:54 p.m. on April 17on an outstanding warrant.

Drugged driving: Robert Tufano, 30, of Postenskill was arrested April 16in Sand Lake and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, a felony because of a previous conviction within the past 10years.

Rape: Willis E. Wescott, 26, of Troy was arrested April 16and charged with second-degree rape, second-degree sexual conduct with a child and third-degree rape, felonies.

Growing marijuana: James D. McAuliffe, 28, of Wynantskill was arrested April 16in North Greenbush and charged with unlawfully growing cannabis, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors. Also arrested was Andrea K. Lacrosse, 29, of Wynantskill who was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Fugitive: Juan G. Alvarez Bocachica, 36, of Villalba, Puerto Rico, was arrested April 16in Watervliet as a fugitive from justice. DWI: Gianelle Rosario, 32, of Cohoes was arrested April 16in Cohoes and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood alcohol level greater than .08percent and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, misdemeanors.

Drug possession: Michael A. Beach, 25, of Hoosick Falls was arrested April 16in Hoosick and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Forgery: Alexis K. McCleary, 21, of Troy was arrested April 17in Troy and charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
