CORINTH - Lorraine DiMartino, 80, a longtime resident of Fuller Road, passed away Thursday, April 26, 2018 at Glens Falls Hospital. Born on April 11, 1938 in Staten Island, she was the daughter of the late Gregory S. and Mary (Long) DiMartino. She was a 1959 graduate of Wagner College and earned a certificat­e in Anesthesia from Albany Medical Center Hospital. Lorraine was very committed to her career and had worked at Albany Medical Center, St. Peter’s Hospital, Adirondack Regional Hospital and at Glens Falls Hospital prior to her retirement in the late 1990’s. Her dedication for caring for people did not end at work. She loved taking care of friends and family. She enjoyed visiting and spending time with her loved ones and going out to eat with them. She enjoyed animals, especially dogs. Lorraine was a member of the Luther Church of the Good Shepherd, Glens Falls. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Gregory S. DiMartino. Survivors include her nephew, Gregory M. DiMartino of Greenfield Center, a great niece, Rebecca DiMartino of Ballston Spa and Great-great niece, Raelynn DiMartino. Friends may call from 11 1 p.m. Saturday, May 5, 2018 at Brewer Funeral Home, Inc., 24 Church St., Lake Luzerne. Funeral services will be conducted immediatel­y following the service at 1 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Corinth Rural Cemetery, Corinth.
