Warrant: Jermecia L. Paylor, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 9:43a.m. April 30on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Antoinette S. Burnett, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 10:40a.m. April 30and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction. Resisting arrest: Chasity T. Smith, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 11:07a.m. April 30and charged with resisting arrest and second-degree harassment.

Identity theft: McKienzy L. Duncan, 18, of Cohoes. was arrested at 12:25p.m. April 30and charged with identity theft.

Assault: Hallie N. Mainville, 19, of Troy, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. April 30and charged with first-degree assault, firstdegree criminal contempt and endangering the welfare of a child.

Mischief: Jason C. Blazejeski Sr., 36, of Troy, was arrested at 5:58p.m. April 30and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

Warrant: Jason E. Dodge, 39, of Troy, was arrested at 10:12 p.m. April 30on an outstanding warrant.

Unlicensed driving: Senkun Ruan, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 10:15p.m. April 30and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and three vehicle and traffic infractions.
