Warrant: Craig M. Monge Sr., 33, of Troy, was arrested at 4:11p.m. May 9on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Richard F. Campbell, 39, of Troy, was arrested at 6:15p.m. May 9and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions. Warrant: Ronald A. Christie Jr., 53, of Troy, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. May 10on an outstanding warrant.
