Warrant: Luis M. Morales, 37, of Troy, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. June 29on an outstanding warrant.

Weapon possession: Tariq T. Jenkins, homeless, was arrested at 1:31a.m. June 29 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree menacing, petit larceny, second-degree harassment and seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Larceny: Michael T. Gaito, 54, of Troy, was arrested at 6:19 a.m. June 29and charged with two counts of petit larceny, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and also on an outstanding warrant. Larceny: Andre D. Beaupre, 38, of Cohoes, was arrested at 5:20p.m. June 29and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, first-degree cemetery desecration and third-degree criminal mischief.

Unlicensed driving: Tyrone X. Rodriguez, 19, of Troy, was arrested at 5:55p.m. June 29 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Warrant: Edgar A. Bonilla, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. June 29on an outstanding warrant.

Warrant: Nadia Y. Zieger, 19, of Troy, was arrested at 8:28 p.m. June 29on an outstanding warrant.

Attempted assault: James M. Tucker, 54, of Troy, was arrested at 11:05p.m. July 1 and charged with third-degree attempted assault.

Mischief: Trevon N. McBee, 23, of Hoosick Falls, was arrested at 1:54p.m. July 1and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, seconddegree unlawful imprisonment, first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree harassment, fourth-degree grand larceny and petit larceny.

Drunken driving: Randolph J. Hayward, 55, of Schagticoke, was arrested at 2:39p.m. June 29in the city of Troy and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Drunken driving: Ryan J. Rousseau, 35, of Albany, was arrested at 1:47a.m. June 30in

the town of East Greenbush and charged with driving while intoxicated and two traffic infractions. Larceny: Lindsay M. Holtzman, 28, of Stephentown, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. June 30in the town of Stephentown and charged with petit larceny and fifthdegree criminal possession of stolen property. Drunken driving: Michaela R. Cleveland, 24, of Cornith, was arrested at 3:30a.m. June 30in the village of Green Island and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while

intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08or greater.

Drunken driving: Vincent M. Speenburgh, 41, of Valley Falls, was arrested at 11:02 p.m. June 30in the town of Pittstown and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08or greater.
