Unlicensed driving: Allan R. Wilson Jr., 43, of Troy, was arrested at 5:34 p.m. July 2and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Robbery: Anthony Best, 54, of Troy, was arrested at 1:48a.m. July 3and charged with first-degree robbery, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and fourth-degree grand larceny.

Drug possession: James M. Tucker, 54, of Troy, was arrested at 5:40a.m. July 3and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of second-degree use of drug paraphonia. Unlicensed driving: Michael A. Davis, 35, of Troy, was arrested at 9:19a.m. July 3and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions. Warrant: Steven M. Tyler Jr., 35, of Troy, was arrested at 12:05p.m. July 3 on an outstanding warrant.

Larceny: Christopher W. Rowe, 58, of Cohoes, was arrested at 3:37p.m. July 3and charged with petit larceny. Warrant: Kareem Kendall, 29, of Cohoes, was arrested at 5:52p.m. July 3on an outstanding warrant. Larceny: Teyvon R. Gaddy, 35, of Albany, was arrested at 6:52p.m. July 3and charged with petit larceny. Larceny: Stanford C. Jones, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 7:11p.m. July 3 and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, petit larceny and seconddegree criminal contempt.

Choking: Mark A. Scott, 54, of Troy, was arrested at 9:01p.m. July 3and charged with two counts of criminal obstruction of breathing, resisting arrest and also on an outstanding warrant.

Mischief: Dajuan N. Smith, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 4:43a.m. July 4and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Trespass: Mia Richardson, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 12:10p.m. July 4and charged with third-degree criminal trespass.

Trespass: Davonte K. Gary, 16, of Troy, was arrested at 12:18p.m. July 4and charged with third-degree criminal trespass.

Gamble, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 4:25p.m. July 4 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, resisting arrest and seconddegree harassment.

Warrant: Harold P. Miller III, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 6:25p.m. July 4 on an outstanding warrant.

Choking: Evan J. Remillard, 44, of Schaghticoke, was arrested at 4:05 p.m. July 1in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and third-degree criminal mischief.

Burglary: Robert M. Neal, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 10:25a.m. July 2in the town of Schodack and charged with second-degree burglary and petit larceny.

Unlicensed driving: Dawan W. Johnson, 39, of Albany, was arrested at 11:05p.m. July 2in the city of Troy and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, seconddegree criminal impersonation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Bad check: Earl A. Elderkin, 33, of Hoosick Falls, was arrested at 5p.m. July 3in the town of Brunswick and charged with issuing a bad check, petit larceny and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Stolen property: John I. Rifenburgh, 55, of Buskirk, was arrested at 11:18 a.m. July 3in the town of Brunswick and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, petit larceny and identity theft.

Bail jumping: Anna J. Rozell, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 11:20a.m. July 3in the city of Troy and charged with third-degree bail jumping.

Bail jumping: Mairan E. Vasquez, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 2:45p.m. July 3in the city of Troy and charged with third-degree bail jumping. Unauthorized use of a vehicle: Juantrice J. Hartfield, 20, of East Greenbush, was arrested 2:06a.m. July 4in the city of Albany and charged with third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Drunken driving: Adam J. Seres, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 3:05a.m. July 4in the town of Brunswick and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .08percent or greater.
