False personation: Manfi A. Doukoure, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 1:37a.m. July 12and charged with false personation and also on an outstanding warrant. Rape: Elliot E. Wells, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. July 12and charged with two counts of firstdegree rape, two counts of first-degree sexual abuse and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Larceny: Barton L. Jones, 37, of Albany, was arrested at 10:06a.m. July 12and charged with petit larceny. Unlicensed driving: Leo D. Cargill, 33, of Troy, was arrested at 10:18a.m. July 12 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions. Drug possession: Skyler D. Sawyer, 23, of Waterford, was arrested at 12:31p.m. July 12and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument and petit larceny.

Choking: Ricardo Burciaga, 27, of Albany, was arrested at 1:41p.m. July 12 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment. Unlicensed driving: Brittany C. Mcandrew, 31, of Saratoga Springs, was arrested at 4:28p.m. July 12 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Larceny: Arcel I. Downs, 33, of Troy, was arrested at 7:27 p.m. July 12and charged with three counts of petit larceny.

Unlicensed driving: Scott Sorino, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 7:40p.m. July 12 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Unlicensed driving: Colby D. Carr, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 8:33p.m. July 12 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Warrant: Brenda L. Wilkinson, 47, of Troy, was arrested at 2:48a.m. July 13 on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Frank T. Jones, 51, of Buffalo, was arrested at 3:04a.m. July 13on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Victoria M. Hoffman, 27, of Averill Park, was arrested at 6:23p.m. July 13 on an outstanding warrant. Contempt: Michael J. Labounty, 34, of Troy, was arrested at 8:40p.m. July 13 and charged with seconddegree criminal contempt. Warrant: Matthew T. Tagliaferro, 40, of Troy, was arrested at 1:22a.m. July 14 on an outstanding warrant. Drug possession: Pierre L. Townsend, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 9:16p.m. July 14and charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and also on an outstanding warrant.

Drug possession: Ray L. McCord, 54, of Troy, was arrested at 12:46a.m. July 15 and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and three vehicle and traffic infractions.

Assault: Robert J. Mott, 19, of Troy, was arrested at 9:22p.m. July 15and charged with third-degree assault.

Drugged driving: Erica M. Bridges, 39, of Troy, was arrested at 10:57p.m. July 15and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation

and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Mischief: Justin A. Rowe, 31, of Troy, was arrested at 11:46p.m. July 15and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, seconddegree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree harassment and five counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Sandiago, 19, of Cohoes, was arrested at 9:37a.m. July 12 in the town of Guilderland and charged with thirddegree grand larceny and second-degree possession of a forged instrument. Identity theft: Rudulfo R. Arellano, 60, of Averill Park, was arrested at 10:26 a.m. July 12in the town of Sand Lake and charged with third-degree identity theft. Weapon possession: Mendy Urena-Pascual, 22, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 2:20p.m. July 12in the town of Stephentown and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

Drug possession: Adam W. Bashore, 38, of Worcester, was arrested at 6:30p.m. July 12and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Drunken driving: Sawyer W. Ingerson, 30, of East Nassau, was arrested at 11:05p.m. July 12in the town of Stephentown and charged with driving while

intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or greater and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Unlicensed driving: Matthew Tagliaferro, 40, of Troy, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. July 14in the village of Menands and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Weapon possession: Carlos Wilson, 64, of Albany, was arrested at 1:02 p.m. July 14in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, driving while intoxicated and first-degree operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs.

Drug possession: Ryo S. First-Arai, 25, of Leeds, was arrested at 5:20p.m. July

14in the town of Stephentown and charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Unlicensed driving: William A. Demers, 30, of Albany, was arrested at 9:07 p.m. July 14in the town of Stephentown and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Drunken driving: Andrew Stregare, 54, of Poestenkill, was arrested at 12:31 a.m. July 15in the town of Brunswick and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .08percent or greater and a vehicle and traffic infraction.
