Warrant: Samantha Martins, 26, of Loudonville, was arrested at 3:02p.m. Aug. 8on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Charles R. Elderkin, 23, homeless, was arrested at 4:53p.m. Aug. 8on an outstanding warrant.

Choking: David J. Whitney Jr., 38, of Troy, was arrested at 10:22p.m. Aug. 8and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, seconddegree burglary and seconddegree harassment.

Weapon possession: Angelo L. Grady, 17, of Troy, was arrested at 2a.m. Aug. 9and charged with fourthdegree criminal possession of a weapon, two counts of second-degree menacing, third-degree assault and also on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Shawdo A. Mcmillian, 31, of Troy, was arrested at 6:40a.m. Aug. 9on an outstanding warrant. Larceny: Raymond E. Martell, 44, of Green Island, was arrested at 10:44a.m. Aug. 9 and charged with third-degree grand larceny and also on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Joseph A. Johnson Jr., 25, of Troy, was arrested at 6:54p.m. Aug. 9 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Burglary: Wilbur M. Sanders, 58, of Troy, was arrested at 8:57p.m. Aug. 9and charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny. Warrant: Eugenio C. Candelario, 43, of Troy, was arrested at 4:06a.m. Aug. 10on an outstanding warrant. Larceny: Danilo E. Medina, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 10:39 a.m. Aug. 10and charged with petit larceny and first-degree falsifying business records. Menacing: Matthew B. Smarro, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 1:40p.m. Aug. 10and charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Obstruction: Shawn K. Terry II, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 6:10p.m. Aug. 10and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resisting arrest. Contempt: Matthew J. Mckay, 427, of Troy, was arrested at 9:22p.m. Aug. 10and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

Resisting: Savieon J. Jones, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 10:18p.m. Aug. 10and charged with resisting arrest and also on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Shahid A. Khan, 26, of Albany, was arrested at 11:23p.m. Aug. 10 and charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle without interlock, renting a motor vehicle without insurance and seven vehicle and traffic infractions.

Mischief: Jaquan K. Henry, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 6:54 a.m. Aug. 12and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. Warrant: Nikki A. Thomas, 35, of Troy, was arrested at 7:15 a.m. Aug. 12on an outstanding warrant.

Assault: Eric B. Tibbetts, 27, of Green Island, was arrested at 7:40a.m. Aug. 12 and charged with third-degree assault and petit larceny. Mischief: Barton L. Jones, 37, of Troy, was arrested at 9:56p.m. Aug. 12and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Drunken driving: Wesley E. Scheufler, 53, of Sarasota, was arrested at 12:45a.m. Aug. 10 in the town of Brunswick and charged with driving while intoxicated and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Drunken driving: August L. Rice, 23, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 2:08p.m. Aug. 11in

the town of East Greenbush and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, firstdegree operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Drunken driving: Rex N. Tucker-Moss, 41, of Poughquag, was arrested at 2:24p.m. Aug. 11in the town of East Greenbush and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08percent or greater, second-degree vehicular manslaughter, two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated with children and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
