Mischief: Joseph E. Joy, 31, of Troy, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. Aug. 22and charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Warrant: Ryan W. Garrity, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 12:44 a.m. Aug. 22on an outstanding warrant.

Mischief: Daniel B, Gifford, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 11:48 a.m. Aug. 22and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Unlicensed driving: Lamont A. Hackett, 32, of Cohoes, was arrested at 12:38p.m. Aug. 22 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Warrant: Gabriel J. Randolph, 33, of Schenectady, was arrested at 4:03p.m. Aug. 22on an outstanding warrant. Weapon possession: Louis D. Brown Jr., 21, of Troy, was arrested at 10:01p.m. Aug. 22and charged with seconddegree criminal possession of a weapon and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana. Weapon possession: Quaran M. Gordon, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 10:11p.m. Aug. 22 and charged with seconddegree criminal possession of a weapon, fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, thirddegree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Loitering: Travious S. Hooks, 38, of Cohoes, was arrested at 10:40p.m. Aug. 22and charged with first-degree loitering and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Drug possession: Diemere K. Washington, 25, of Albany, was arrested at 11:08p.m. Aug. 22and charged with fifthdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, firstdegree loitering and also on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Randall D. Cooper, 50, of Troy, was arrested at 12:17a.m. Aug. 23on two outstanding warrants.

Larceny: Skyler D. Sawyer, 23, of Johnsonville, was arrested at 1:02a.m. Aug. 23and charged with petit larceny. Leaving scene: Steven M. Barnaby, 38, of Hudson Falls, was arrested at 7a.m. Aug. 23 and charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury. Burglary: Ahsande T. Hall, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 9:41 a.m. Aug. 23and charged with second-degree burglary, criminal obstruction of breathing, petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Warrant: Brent G. Fairhurst, 43, of Hoosick Falls, was arrested at 2:43p.m. Aug. 23on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Mark A. Slocum, 59, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 8:12p.m. Aug. 23on an outstanding warrant.

Menacing: Keith A. Newkirk, 39, of Richport, was arrested at 8:24p.m. Aug. 23and charged with second-degree menacing, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, endangering the welfare of a child and also on an outstanding warrant.

Unlicensed driving: Yazneri M. Crespo, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 9:15p.m. Aug. 23 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and also on an outstanding warrant.
