Assault: Jessica Kao, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 9:51 a.m. Aug. 24and charged with third-degree assault. Assault: Joanna M. Wermelinger, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 10:03a.m. Aug. 24and charged with third-degree assault.

Warrant: Jamal O. Cosbert, 26, of Albany, was arrested at 12:10p.m. Aug. 24on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Robert Roberts, 28, of Albany, was arrested at 5:09 p.m. Aug. 24on an outstanding warrant.

Mischief: Manshawn L. Williams, 36, of Albany, was arrested at 5:23p.m. Aug. 24and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. Contempt: David F. Krakad, 50, of Troy, was arrested at 6:54p.m. Aug. 24and charged with first-degree criminal contempt.

Warrant: Kamel E. Pickens, 27, of Albany, was arrested at 12:51a.m. Aug. 25on an outstanding warrant.

Warrant: Ross N. Dewer, 35, of Troy, was arrested at 6:38 a.m. Aug. 25on an outstanding warrant.

Unlicensed driving: Tara Conde, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 7:25a.m. Aug. 25 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Weapon possession: Ralph M. Burdette Sr., 53, of Troy, was arrested at 10:33a.m. Aug. 25and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, seconddegree assault and seconddegree harassment. Unlicensed driving: Lordson H. Lafond, 43, of Troy, was arrested at 11:08p.m. Aug. 25 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana. Drunken driving: John C. Nedorscik, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 4:26a.m. Aug. 26and

charged with driving while intoxicated and two vehicle and traffic infractions. Choking: Anton K. Bell, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 3:48p.m. Aug. 26and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree grand larceny, third-degree criminal possession of stolen property and resisting arrest.

Mischief: Butchie J. Middleton, 31, of Watervliet, was arrested at 5:48 p.m. Aug. 26and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

Unlicensed driving: Eric R. Dunbar, 21, of Troy, was arrested at 10:47a.m. Aug. 27 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions. Warrant: Trevon N. McBee, 23, of Hoosick Falls, was arrested at 10:58a.m. Aug. 27 on an outstanding warrant. Mischief: Donte Riccardo, 21, of Troy, was arrested at 10:41p.m. Aug. 27and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Larkin, 24, of Waterford, was arrested at 4:15a.m. Aug. 25in the city of Troy and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater.

Drug possession: Vershun J. Reed, 31, of Troy, was arrested at 2:40a.m. Aug. 26in the city of Troy and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Drunken driving: Thurman Jones, 33, of Troy, was arrested at 2:46a.m. Aug. 26in the town of Brunswick and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08percent or greater and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Contempt: Gerard M. Hitchcock, 32, of Riverhead, was arrested at 4p.m. Aug. 26in the town of Brunswick and charged with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt. Drunken driving: Eileen Winsman, 50, of Johnstown, was arrested at 12:14a.m. Aug. 27in the town of Sand Lake and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and two vehicle and traffic infractions.
