Bell, 33, of Troy, was arrested at 2:42a.m. Sept. 6and charged with third-degree criminal mischief. Warrant: Eileen Rickard, 21, of Cohoes, was arrested at 9:33a.m. Sept. 6on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Carols R. Santiago Jr., 25, of Troy, was arrested at 10:40a.m. Sept. 6and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Warrant: Jayvon J. Dean, 34, homeless, was arrested at 10:51a.m. Sept. 6on an outstanding warrant. Suspended registration: Joseph J. Klobusicky, 31, of Troy, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Sept. 6and charged with driving a suspended motor vehicle and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Child endangerment: Ronald R. Carter, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 10:30p.m. Sept. 6and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.

Unlicensed driving: Anthony M. Courcelle, 48, of Albany, was arrested at 9:46a.m. Sept. 7and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Warrant: Jade D. Wilson, 30, of Albany, was arrested at 11:59a.m. Sept. 7on an outstanding warrant. Larceny: Philadelphia M. Pledger, 31, of Troy, was arrested at 3:19p.m. Sept. 7and charged with petit larceny.

Unlicensed driving: Christopher R. Hilder, 44, of Cohoes, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. Sept. 7and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two vehicle and traffic infractions.

Drunken driving: Bruce J. Zadlock, 38, of Troy, was arrested at 11:29p.m. Sept. 7in the city of Troy and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Drunken driving: Edward P. Carey, 46, of Troy, was arrested at 8p.m. Sept. 8in the town of Brunswick and charged with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08percent or greater and a vehicle and traffic infraction.

Drunken driving: Lee A. Irish, 38, of Cropseyville, was arrested at 10:42 p.m. Sept. 8in the town of Schaghticoke and charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08percent or greater.

Drunken driving: Peter M. Debonis, 40, of Troy, was arrested at 9:12p.m. Sept. 9in the city of Troy and charged with driving wile intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
