ALZHEIMER’S-DEMENTIA CAREGIVERS WORKSHOP: The Troy Public Library’s Lansingburgh Branch will host an Alzheimer’s and Dementia Caregiver’s Workshop presented by the Alzheimer’s Association on October 1at 2p.m. This workshop offers helpful tips to assist families with difficult conversations related to dementia, including going to the doctor, deciding when to stop driving, and making legal and financial plans.
