Troy Turkey Trot registration now open: The annual 5k and 10k race on Thanksgiving Day in the Collar City is now open. Registration for all events is currently open at www. TroyTurkeyTrot.com. Inperson registration along with bib and t-shirt pickup will be held at the Troy Atrium (4Third Street) Sunday, Nov. 18from 11 a.m. to 6p.m. and Weds., Nov. 21from 11a.m. to 6 p.m. Day- of- event registration for all events will be held from 6: 30a.m. to 15minutes prior to the start of each event on the second floor of the Troy Atrium. Participants for all events will receive a 71st edition blended dry fit t-shirt, finishers medal and post-event refreshments. Christopher Daily Turkey Trot: The 17th Annual Christopher Dailey Turkey Trot is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 22– Thanksgiving morning – in Saratoga Springs. The 3.1-mile race starts at 8:30 a.m. in front of City Hall on Broadway and concludes on North Broadway after looping through the Skidmore College campus. All proceeds benefit the Christopher Dailey Foundation, a Saratoga Springbased charitable organization supports local youth needs. Since 2012, the foundation has given over $500,000to more than 50 youth organizations. Medals are awarded to the top three overall male and female finishers. However, there are more than a dozen different age divisions from 11-and-under to over-75. Online registration, available at christopherdaileyfoundation.com, ends on Tuesday, Nov. 20. The last chance to register in person is from 4-8p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 21at the Saratoga Hilton. There is no race day registration. Tshirts are guaranteed to all entrants who register by Nov. 16.
