Despart, 57, of East Greenbush, was arrested at 2:41a.m. Oct. 13on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Tahnysha A. Smith, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 3:16a.m. Oct. 13on an outstanding warrant.

Larceny: Jorge F. Concepcion, 44, of Troy, was arrested at 12:05p.m. Oct. 13and charged with petit larceny.

Larceny: Barton L. Jones, 37, of Albany, was arrested at 2:21 p.m. Oct. 13and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. Unlicensed driving: Weiging Lin, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 10:15p.m. Oct. 13and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and one traffic infraction. Mischief: Tyler J. Erbe, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 2:52 a.m. Oct. 14and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second degree criminal contempt. Obstruction: Tashon L. Robertson, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 7:04a.m. Oct. 15and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental

administration and on an outstanding warrant. Mischief: Jorge L. Gonzalez, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 10:35a.m. Oct. 15and charged with fourthdegree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal contempt.

Unlicensed driving: Danielle N. Mayo, 21, of Troy, was arrested at 9:16a.m. Oct. 15 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two traffic infractions.

Warrant: Karl A. Sherman, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 12:11p.m. Oct. 15on an outstanding warrant. Obstruction: Eric S. Frazier, 45, of Troy, was arrested at 12:37p.m. Oct. 15and charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, tampering with physical evidence and on an outstanding warrant. Mischief: Dale R. Bressette Jr., 30, of Troy, was arrested at 2:13p.m. Oct. 15and charged with fourth degree criminal mischief, third degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child. Warrant: Datwan G. Hemingway, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 5:06p.m. Oct. 15on an outstanding warrant.

Warrant: Charnee O. Lassiter, 28of Troy, was arrested at 8:07p.m. Oct. 15 on an outstanding warrant. Harassment: Anthony Valdes, 39, of Albany, was arrested at 9:33p.m. Oct. 15 and charged with second- degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child.

Robbery: Fransisco R. Rivera, 20, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 11:40p.m. Oct. 15and charged with second-degree robbery and fourth degree possession of marijuana.

Drunken driving: Laurie A. Connell, 54of Brunswick, was arrested at 3:54a.m. Sept. 30in the Town of Brunswick and charged with one count of misdemeanor DWI.

Contempt: Donald L. Antolick, 46, of Valley Falls, was arrested at 2:48p.m. Oct. 15in the Town of Schaghticoke and charged with one count of second-degree misdemeanor criminal contempt.
