Assault: Jacquell A. Stewart, 22, of Springfield, Mass., was arrested at 12:15p.m., Nov. 10and charged with third-degree assault. Warrant: Lisa M. Crall, 49, of Mechanicville, was arrested at 8:32p.m., Nov. 10on an outstanding warrant.

warrant.
