Possession of marijuana: Peter W. Mertens, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 7:40a.m., Nov. 19and charged with fifth-degree possession of marijuana.

Warrant: Angel M. Clew, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 10:27a.m., Nov. 19on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Miguel Rodriguez, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 10:47a.m., Nov. 19on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Kayla M. Jones, 29, of Ballston Spa, was arrested at 11:03a.m., Nov. 19and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and one traffic infraction.

Petit larceny: Tanisha Q. Mitchell, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 2:02 p.m., Nov. 19and charged with petit larceny.

Unlicensed driving: Cody T. Patenaude, 24, of Watervliet, was arrested at 9:37p.m., Nov. 19and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

Petit larceny: Michael P. Hodgkinson, 50, of Albany, was arrested at 11:04p.m., Nov. 19 and charged with petit larceny, fourth-degree criminal mischief and criminal contempt. Harassment: Catherine A. Wolfe, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 8:29 a.m., Nov. 20and charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree criminal contempt. Criminal possession of stolen property: Alyssia J. Tarbox, 20, of Hannacroix, was arrested at 8:30 a.m., Nov. 20and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

Petit larceny: Lawrence E. Forbes, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 10:38a.m., Nov. 20and charged with petit larceny and seconddegree possession of a forged instrument.

Assault: Christian D. Hyacinthe, 44, of Troy, was arrested at 1:06 p.m., Nov. 20and charged with third-degree assault. Unlicensed driving: Debra A. Myers, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 4:16p.m., Nov. 20and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and one traffic infraction. Unlicensed driving: Ashley N. Kusaywa, 29, of Ballston Lake,

was arrested at 6:16p.m., Nov. 20and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and one traffic infraction. Trespassing: Joseph Guile, 30, of Troy, was arrested at 2:12a.m., Nov. 21and charged with third-degree criminal trespass, possession of burglary tools, fourth-degree criminal mischief and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Warrant: Andrew Smith, 67, of Troy, was arrested at 3:10a.m., Nov. 21on an outstanding warrant.

Criminal contempt: Kenneth M. Blair, 46, of Mechanicville, was arrested at 8:32a.m., Nov. 21and charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Warrant: Jeremy S. Tirey, 41, of Nassau, was arrested at 7:53p.m., Nov. 21on an outstanding warrant. Drunken driving: Shawn r. Merry, 45, of Raymond, N.H., was arrested at 9:05 p.m., Nov. 21and charged with DWI and one traffic

infraction.
