Criminal mischief: Jonathan Casado, 25, of Coventry, C.T., was arrested at 2:28a.m., Dec. 6and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, seconddegree criminal trespass and second-degree burglary. Unlicensed driving: Savannah C. Smith, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 2:44p.m., Dec. 6and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and one traffic violation. Warrant: Tiffany N. Darling, 34, of Hudson, was arrested at 2:48p.m., Dec. 6on an outstanding warrant.

Sex offender: Valerie Martin, 38, of Troy, was arrested at 3:50p.m., Dec. 6and charged with failure to report as a sex offender.

Warrant: Keith P. Moxon, 35, of Troy, was arrested at 9:53 p.m., Dec. 6on an outstanding warrant.

Drug possession: Barton L. Jones, 37, of Troy, was arrested at 10:46p.m., Dec. 6and charged with fourthdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree grand larceny. Warrant: Dante Taylor, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 1:59 a.m., Dec. 7on an outstanding warrant.

Unlicensed driving: Kiheem T. Chestnut, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 3:31a.m., Dec. 7 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and one traffic violation.

Criminal contempt: Christopher J. Wrobel, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 6:15p.m., Dec. 7 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt.

Drunken driving: Jamal K. Coley, 50, of Troy, was arrested at 7:25p.m., Dec. 7and charged with DWI, DWI with a BAC greater than .08and one traffic violation.

Unlicensed driving: Mark Turmon Jr., 23, of Troy, was arrested at 4:20a.m., Dec. 8and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and two traffic violations. Criminal mischief: Jason L. Nesmith, 27, of Troy, was arrested at 9:52p.m., Dec. 8and charged with two counts of

fourth-degree criminal mischief, criminal obstructed breathing, endangering the welfare of a child seconddegree harassment, seconddegree criminal contempt and petit larceny.

Drunken driving: William J. Vogel, 44, of Watervliet, was arrested at 10:20 p.m., Dec. 8and charged with DWI, DWI with a BAC greater than .08and one traffic violation.

Drug possession: Mark A. Streck, 34, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 6:27p.m., Dec. 7in the Town of Nassau and was charged with fifth- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, DWI, second-degree obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest and two traffic infractions. Drunken driving: Gregory R. Vanderwerken, 29, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 1:48a.m., Dec. 8in the Town of Poestenkill and was charged with aggravated DWI and DWI.

Drunken driving: De Anthony Wilson, 32, of Cohoes, was arrested at 2:15a.m., Dec. 8in the Town of Brunswick and was charged with DWI, DWI with a BAC greater than .08and resisting arrest. Drunken driving: Nicole A. Pierce, 46, of Troy, was arrested at 1:26a.m., Dec. 8 in the Town of Colonie and was charged with DWI, DWI with a BAC greater than .08 and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. Drunken driving: Justin M. Warner, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 2:37a.m., Dec. 8 in the Town of Schaghticoke and was charged with aggravated DWI and DWI. Drunken driving: Deanthony Francis, 39, of Albany, was arrested at 3:02a.m., Dec. 9in the Town of Brunswick and was charged with DWI, DWI with a BAC greater than .08.

Drunken driving: Renee Durda, 42, of Cohoes, was arrested at 1:26a.m., Dec. 9 in the City of Rensselaer and was charged with DWI, DWI with a BAC greater than .08.
