Warrant: Jonathan E. Volland, 35, of Watervliet, was arrested at 11:25a.m., Dec. 10on an outstanding warrant. Criminal contempt: Jorge L. Lopez, 37, of Troy, was arrested at 12:59p.m., Dec. 10 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt. Unlicensed driving: David L. Harris, 30, of Colonie, was arrested at 7:02p.m., Dec. 10and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and one traffic violation.

Unlicensed driving: Kristina M. Carter, 40, of Troy, was arrested at 9:29p.m., Dec. 10 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, one traffic violation and on an outstanding warrant. Harassment: Kalil M. Ashton, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 10:03p.m., Dec. 10and charged with second-degree harassment and criminal obstruction.

Warrant: Jesse M. LaBrake, 45, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 10:25p.m., Dec. 10on an outstanding warrant. Warrant: Cameron D. Ezell, 29, of Schenectady, was arrested at 11:36a.m., Dec. 11on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Raymond Guadalupe, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 12:00p.m., Dec. 11and charged with DWAI drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana and five traffic violations. Warrant: Brianna B. Austin, 21, of Troy, was arrested at 1:02p.m., Dec. 11on an outstanding warrant.

Burglary: Lamont E. Sneed, 34, of Troy, was arrested at 7:21p.m., Dec. 11and charged with second-degree burglary and petit larceny.

Criminal contempt: Nicholas M. Foster, 37, of Troy, was arrested at 5:50p.m., Dec. 11 and charged with first-degree

criminal contempt and resisting arrest.

Warrant: Zoe R. Lovelace, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 12:43a.m., Dec. 12on an outstanding warrant. Harassment: Royal R. Peredadiaz, 31, of Albany, was arrested at 1:58a.m., Dec. 12and charged with second-degree harassment. Petit larceny: William C. Ramos, 31, of Troy, was arrested at 4:49a.m., Dec. 12and charged with petit larceny.

Criminal mischief: Anthony P. Johnson, 27, of Brooklyn, was arrested at 8:50 a.m., Dec. 12and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child.

Unlicensed driving: Christopher A. Fawcett, 30, of Schenectady, was arrested at 10:30a.m., Dec. 12and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and one traffic violation.

Criminal possession of a weapon: Gerald B. Felitti Jr., 48, of Troy, was arrested at 11:26a.m., Dec. 12and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Sitts, 39, of Albany, was arrested at 2:18p.m., Dec. 12and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a suspended motor vehicle and two traffic violations. Assault: Edward T. Allen, 33, of Troy, was arrested at 9:08p.m., Dec. 12and charged with third-degree assault, petit larceny and third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Drunken driving: Eugene M. Rossi, 27, of Cohoes was arrested at 1:30a.m., Dec. 13in the Town and charged with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and one traffic violation.

Fennelly, 37, of Troy, was arrested at 11:30a.m., Dec. 13 on an outstanding warrant. Assault: Karrice M. Bowen, 41, of Albany, was arrested at 7:19p.m., Dec. 13and charged with second-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, fourth-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourth-degree grand larceny, first-degree burglary and second-degree aggravated harassment.
