Criminal mischief: Angel R. Stevenson, 29, of Bronx, was arrested at 8:10a.m., Dec. 28 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, seconddegree harassment and petit larceny.
Unlicensed driving: Sherwin Simpson, 26, of Takoma Park, M.D., was arrested at 6:30 p.m., Dec. 28and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Criminal possession of a weapon: Zebadiah J. Jackson, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 11:49p.m., Dec. 28and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing. Unlicensed driving: Louis D. Brown Jr., 22, of Troy, was arrested at 5:11p.m., Dec. 29and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, suspended motor vehicle and two traffic infractions.
Unlicensed driving: Ivette Arroyo, 44, of Troy, was arrested at 8:50p.m., Dec. 29 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and one traffic infraction. Unlicensed driving: Janee O. Banks, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 9:49p.m., Dec. 29and charged with seconddegree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, second-degree criminal impersonation, littering and one traffic infraction. Unlicensed driving: Shakeema Tune, 37, of Watervliet, was arrested at 11:32 p.m., Dec. 29and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and two traffic infractions.
Warrant: Naseem R. Pass, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 11:50p.m., Dec. 29on an outstanding warrant. Burglary: Larenzo L. Escobales, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 1:37a.m., Dec. 30 and charged with seconddegree burglary, fourthdegree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Criminal mischief: Jonathan L. Fleuriot, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 3:39p.m., Dec. 30and charged with fourthdegree criminal mischief. Harassment: Stephen G. Isaacs, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 11:10p.m., Dec. 30 and charged with seconddegree harassment. Unlicensed driving: Jaheem Anthony, 21, of Albany, was arrested at 6:01p.m., Dec. 30 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and one traffic infraction.

Criminal obstruction: James M. Coleman, 28, of Nassau, was arrested at 5:55a.m., Dec. 29in the Town of Nassau and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Drunken driving: Steven J. Diaz, 25, of Colonie, was arrested at 9:56p.m., Dec. 29 in the Village of Menands and charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC .08of 1% and four traffic infractions. Drunken driving: Samuel J. Yetto, 22, of Hoosick Falls, was arrested at 8:39 a.m., Dec. 30in the Town of Brunswick and charged with DWI, and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC .08of 1%. Drug possession: Jackson S. Burhans, 20, of Berlin, was arrested at 12:00 p.m., Dec. 30in the Town of Stephentown and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of marijuana and one traffic infraction.
False report: Nichole Charbonneau, 36, of Schaghticoke, was arrested at 3:00 p.m., Dec. 30in the City of Troy and charged with third-degree reporting a false incident, a false written statement and seconddegree harassment.
Child endangerment: Joshua D. Stevens, 31, of Petersburgh, was arrested at 9:35p.m., Dec. 30and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.
