Troy Record staff to transition to the digital workspace
TROY, N.Y. >> The Troy Record staff is transitioning to the digital workspace as its editorial and advertising divisions leave the paper’s River Street office and move into the communities they serve. The new arrangement will bring a mobile approach to serving readers with staff positioned in and around the Capital Region. This approach will ensure that reporters will provide the fastest response to breaking news and advertisers will continue to see a high level of interaction and service. The printing and distribution of the daily newspaper and posting of its up- to- the-minute web content at troyrecord.com will be uninterrupted. “Our commitment to The Record’s readers is strong,” said Ron Rosner, senior editor of the Troy Record and The Saratogian. “We have served Troy and the region for more than a century and we take our role as an institution in the area quite seriously. With this initiative, we will keep that tradition alive and stronger than ever.” The Record’s office will close by the end of February. Read- ers and advertisers can continue to use existing phone numbers and email addresses to conduct business. The main phone is 518-270-1200, and here is a list of other contact information:
