Warrant: Nathan A. Williams, 53, of Troy, was arrested at 1:55a.m., Jan. 11on an outstanding warrant. Unlicensed driving: Gary T. Carboneau, 56, of Troy, was arrested at 1:59a.m., Jan. 11and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one traffic infraction.

Drunken driving: Sean P. Ryan, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 2:51a.m., Jan. 11and charged with DWI and three traffic infractions. Unlicensed driving: Kevin O. Mumphrey, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 3:01a.m., Jan. 11 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and one traffic infraction. Unlicensed driving: Samson L. Dane, 44, of Troy, was arrested at 4:52a.m., Jan. 11and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and one traffic infraction.

with petit larceny. Criminal mischief: Charles W. Roach, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 2:48p.m., Jan. 11and charged with thirddegree criminal mischief. Warrant: Francis L. Maccue, 36, of Cropseyville, was arrested at 7:30p.m., Jan. 11 on an outstanding warrant. Drug possession: Daniel E. Harrington, 33, of Troy, was arrested at 10:43p.m., Jan. 11and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and on an outstanding warrant. Harassment: John J. Wood. 45, of Troy, was arrested at 1:34a.m., Jan. 12and charged with first-degree harassment.

Assault: David A. Carroll, 48, homeless, was arrested at 2:58a.m., Jan. 12and charged with third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, fourthdegree criminal mischief and third-degree robbery. Unlicensed driving: Stetson A. Merritt Jr., 37, of Troy, was arrested at 4:33 a.m., Jan. 12and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and one traffic infraction.

Criminal mischief: Bridgett M. Munhall, 18, of Troy, was arrested at 10:55a.m., Jan. 12and charged with fourthdegree criminal mischief and resisting arrest.

Assault: Lamar Morales, 34, of Troy, was arrested at 12:00p.m., Jan. 12and charged with second-degree assault, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Choking: Ghislain Siogouni, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 2:00p.m., Jan. 12and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and seconddegree harassment. Warrant: Daniel Demeo, 33, of Troy, was arrested at 4:30p.m., Jan. 12on an outstanding warrant. Fugitive from justice: Wilbur M. Sanders, 59, of Troy, was arrested at 12:04 a.m., Jan. 13and charged with being a fugitive from justice.

Petit larceny: Dominick F. Donadio, 55, of Schenectady, was arrested at 11:00 a.m., Jan. 13and charged with petit larceny. Drunken driving: John J. Hayes III, 55, of Troy, was arrested at 11:13a.m., Jan. 13and charged with DWI, DWI BAC .08of 1% and two traffic infractions. Criminal contempt: Jason D. Hamilton, 41, homeless, was arrested at 3:22p.m., Jan. 13and charged with two counts of first-degree criminal contempt, seconddegree menacing, fourthdegree grand larceny, two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, thirddegree criminal possession of a weapon, first-degree robbery, second-degree burglary and second-degree harassment.

Gill, 29, of Nassau, was arrested at 5:05p.m., Jan. 11 in the Town of Schodack and charged with seconddegree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest and four traffic infractions. Unlicensed driving: Tyana M. Joels, 22, of Troy, was arrested at 8:53p.m., Jan. 11in the City of Troy and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, DWI and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC .08of 1%. Unlicensed driving: John W. Banks, 31, of Valley Falls, was arrested at 11:06 p.m., Jan. 11in the Village of Schaghticoke and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, DWI, aggravated DWI and one traffic infraction.

Drug possession: Wilson C. Primus, 29, of Manchester, CT, was arrested at 1:10p.m., Jan. 12in the Town of Stephentown and charged with seventhdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and one traffic infraction. Drunken driving: William F. Thompson, 64, of Averill Park, was arrested at 6:53 p.m., Jan. 12in the Town of Poestenkill and charged with DWI and five traffic infractions.

Petit larceny: Douglas S. Frost, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 10:08p.m., Jan. 12in the Town of Brunswick and charged with petit larceny and resisting arrest. Petit larceny: Douglas R.
