Sex abuse: Anthony DeJulio, 39, of Nassau, was arrested at 6:25 a.m., Feb. 1and charged with three counts of second-degree predatory sexual assault, three counts of course of sexual conduct, one count of second-degree aggravated sex abuse and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Harassment: Jemal A. Pettiway, 43, of Menands, was arrested at 8:41a.m., Feb. 1and charged with second-degree harassment. Assault: Daniel J. Burglary: Nicholas M. Foster, 38, of Troy, was arrested at 6:36 p.m. Feb. 2and charged with two counts of second-degree burglary, two counts of first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and aggravated family offense.

Assault: Zachary L. Hoag, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 7:43p.m., Feb. 2and charged with third-degree assault and criminal obstruction.

Unlicensed driving: Rodney N. Vanness III, 21, of Troy, was arrested at 4:31a.m., Feb. 3and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree harassment.

Criminal contempt: Juan L. Rivera, 54, of Troy, was arrested at 8:55a.m., Feb. 4 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, seconddegree criminal trespass and a warrant.

Drunken driving: Laura J. Harrington, 56, of Cambridge, was arrested at 4:14a.m., Feb. 2in the Town of Hoosick and charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08of 1%. Petit larceny: Monica Colon, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 4:15p.m., Feb. 3in the Town of Brunswick and charged with petit larceny.

Welcome, 31, of Greenfield, Mass., was arrested at 4:24 a.m., Feb. 5in the Town of Petersburg and charged with DWI, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08of 1% and four traffic infractions. Identity theft: Nakeia C. West, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 9:00a.m., Feb. 5in the Town of Brunswick and charged with identity theft, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, petit larceny and third-degree unlawful possession of personal ID.

Rape: Zeandre J. Domingo, 21, of Cohoes, was arrested at 9:52a.m., Feb. 5and charged with first-degree rape.

Unlicensed driving: Courtney J. Franklin, 25, of Delmar, was arrested at 2:13 p.m., Feb. 5in the Town of Schodack and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and one traffic infraction. Aggravated DWI: Alexis M. Hoerauf, 26, of Wynantskill, was arrested at 4:40p.m., Feb. 5in the City of Watervliet and charged with aggravated DWI, DWI and three traffic infractions.
