Vapor set for the debut performance of new band Ten Most Wanted
SARATOGASPRINGS, N.Y. >> New powerhouse party band Ten Most Wanted is set to make its big debut this weekend.
The ten- piece Capital Region group will perform at 9 p.m. on Saturday, March 2 at Vapor, the nightclub at Saratoga Casino Hotel, located at 342 Jefferson St. in Saratoga Springs. Doors will open at 8 p.m. Admission is free. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to attend.
Led by local trumpeter Tony Gambaro, Ten Most Wanted aims to bring a high- energy performance at each show.
Hailing from top regional bands like the New York Players, Burners UK, and Out of Control, Gambaro is no stranger to the Capital Region’s live music scene. He has also formerly performed on tours with Tower of Power, Bon Jovi, and The Blues Brothers.
Gambaro’s vision for Ten Most Wanted is something he had been working on for quite some time.
“Teaming up with the region’s most talented and dedicated musicians is something I’ve wanted to do for years,” Gambaro said in a news release. “I’ve always been a highenergy person, and I believe Ten Most Wanted will be able to match that energy and deliver a thoroughly entertaining experience for our fans.”
Ten Most Wanted features Gambaro (trumpet/vocals) alongside Tameka Amar and Ty Hartzog ( lead vocals), Chris Barron (trombone/ vocals), Jon DeLappa (trumpet/ vocals), Eric Ciarmello (sax/vo- cals), Kevin Carey ( keyboard/ vocals), Liam Davis ( guitar/ vocals), Elijah Hudson ( brass/ keys/vocals) and Lance Comer (drums).
“I’m thrilled for Vapor to debut what I’m sure will be another high- energy performance for the Capital Region,” Kathleen Anderson, senior director of entertainment and guest Experience at Saratoga Casino Hotel, said in the release. “I’ve personally known Tony since he was 11 and he still performs with the same energy he had back then. I know ‘ Ten Most Wanted,’ will be a must-see performance!”
