HONOR A DECEASED VETERAN: The Rensselaer County Honor a Deceased Veteran program honors Frank A. Pupello Jr. at this month’s ceremony, held at 8:30a.m. in the Legislative Chambers on the third floor of the County Office Building, 1600Seventh Avenue, Troy. Frank served during the Vietnam War in the United States Marine Corps as an infantryman and received the National Defense Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and Marine Corps Good Conduct Medal.
