12 arrested in local prostitution sting

RENSSELAERCOUNTY, N.Y. » The Bureau of Criminal Investigation and State Police in Schodack and Sand Lake, along with the Community Narcotics Enforcement Team, conducted a prostitution sting on March 12 in Rensselaer County.

State Police said the operation led to the arrest of 10 females for prostitution, and two males for drug-related crimes. Two of the names are being withheld due to them being under 19 at the time of arrest.

During this operation the following arrests were made:

• Kristen Hall, 30, of Troy, charged with prostitution and endangering the welfare of a child.

• Tiffanie Cantine, 27, of Troy, charged with seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

• Frank Goettinger, 42, of East Greenbush, charged with seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

• Reginald Kornegay, 50, of Schodack charged with fifthdegree criminal possession of a controlled substance and seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

• Danielle Devito, 37, of Mechanicville, charged with prostitution.

• Jessica Vroman, 33, of Albany, charged with prostitution.

• Kiersten Henderer, 34, of Albany, charged with prostitution and seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

• Melanie Brown, 41, of Al- bany, charged with prostitution.

• Sonya Owens, 55, of Albany, charged with prostitution and seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

• Alexis Wagner, 30, of Albany, charged with prostitution.
