Criminal Sex Act: A minor, 14, of Sand Lake, was arrested at 1:50 p.m. on Aug. 28 in Nassau for a criminal sex act with a victim under the age of 11.

DWI: Bryan Sanchez, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 1:20 a.m. on Aug. 29 in Albany for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

DWI: Nicholas Harrington, 28, of Eagle Bridge, N.Y., was arrested at 10:18 p.m. on Aug. 29 in Schaghticoke for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%, and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Petit Larceny: Sara Joy, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 3:15 p.m. on Aug. 30 in Brunswick for petit larceny.

Petit Larceny: Jenny Velasquez, 39, of Renssealer, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on Aug. 30 for petit larceny.

DWI: Liugi Boemio, 34, of Troy, was arrested at at 3:25 a.m. on Aug. 31 in Troy for driving while intoxicated and one vehicle and traffic violation.

Criminal Possession: Jeremy Bargy, 31, of Cohoes, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on Aug. 31 in Brunswick for seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Resisting Arrest: Adam Thomas, 35, of Troy, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on Aug. 31 in Petersburg for second- degree obstruction of governmental administration, resisting arrest, operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, and three vehicle and traffic violations.

DWI: Wayne Myers, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on Sept. 1 in Troy for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

False Personation: Joseph Rogers, 58, of Petersburg, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on Sept. 2 in Poestenkill for false personation, second- degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, and two vehicle and traffic violations.

Petit Larceny: Karisma Smith, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 2 in Brunswick for petit larceny, resisting arrest, and second- degree reckless endangerment.

Criminal Possession: Robert Beckett, 73, of Naples, FL, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 2 in Hoosick for fourth- degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Bail Jumping: Karisma Smith, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on Sept. 2 in Troy for third- degree bail jumping.

DWI: David Madsen, 36, of Poestenkill, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on Sept. 3 in Nassau for driving while intoxicated and three vehicle and traffic violations.

Aggravated DWI: Amanda Weiss, 34, of Sand Lake, was arrested at 9:05 p.m. on Sept. 3 in Sand Lake for aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child, operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, endangering the welfare of a child, driving with suspended registration, and two vehicle and traffic violations.
