CLASS B: Holy Trinity, 8-1 (5-1) vs. Schuylerville, 7-1 (5-1), November 9, 3 p.m., Shenendehowa High School

Holy Trinity and Schuylerville meet at Shen after both took down their higher seeded matchups in the Class B semifinal last week.
Holy Trinity comes in off of a gigantic win over the former Class B State Champion Glens Falls last weekend, 37-35.
Holy Trinity is led by quarterback and wide receiver/running back tandem Joe Tortello and Noah Foster. Tortello leads Section II with 38 passing touchdowns this season, as well as 2,154 total yards through the air. Foster adds 752 total receiving yards and 367 rushing yards into the mix, with 14 touchdown catches and six rushing touchdowns. Add in top reciever Nacier Hundley (809 yards on 35 catches, 16 touchdowns) and running back Rodney Parker (796 yards on 88 carries, five touchdowns), and the Holy Trinity offense is scary good.
Holy Trinity’s only loss this season came to Schalmont on October 12, 35-22. They have outscored opponents 420-167 this season and are averaging about 22 yards every pass play and just over seven yards every run play.
For Schuylerville, they come in with a win over Schalmont last week, 14- 6. Running back Sam McGarrahan rushed for 108 yards on 21 carries and scored a touchdown in the win. Schuylerville led the game in yards, 330-124.
