Illegal Sale: A minor, 15, of Valley Falls, was arrested at 3:25 p.m. on Feb. 26 in Pittstown for selling tobacco to a minor under the age of 18.

Unlicensed Operation: Arthur Gavitt, 30, of Grafton, was arrested at 12:32 p.m. on Feb. 26 in Brunswick for second- degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Larceny: Colleen Hansen, 43, of Nassau, was arrested at 8:04 a.m. on Feb. 27 in Schodack for petit larceny.

Larceny: Tara Papineau, 39, of Troy, was arrested at 10:33 p.m. on Feb. 27 in Troy for petit larceny and fourth- degree grand larceny of a credit card.

DWI: Dudayeb Ahmed, 24, of Troy, was arrested at 3:18 a.m. on Feb. 29 in Menands for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood-alcohol content .08 of 1%.

DWAI: Sean Ireland, 34, of Nassau, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on Feb. 28 in East Greenbush for driving while ability impaired by drugs with a prior conviction within the last 10 years and seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Robbery: Alex Smith, 20, of Nassau, was arrested at 10:49 am on Feb. 29 in Nassau for third- degree robbery.

Assault: Raymond Sprangler, 50, of Valatie, was arrested at 6:15 p.m. on Feb. 29 in Schodack for third- degree assault.

Assault: Daryl Jeffrey, 28, of Troy, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Feb. 29 in Troy for third- degree assault and 2 counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Unauthorized Vehicle Use: A minor, 18, of Newcomb, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on Feb. 29 in Troy for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle without owner consent.

DWI: Donald Tufts, 46, of Brunswick, was arrested at 2:44 a.m. on March 1 in Brunswick for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and first- degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Child Endangerment: Timothy Zink, 29, of Troy, was arrested at 2:34 p.m. on March 1 in Troy for acting in a manner injurious to a child under the age of 17.

Larceny: David Smith, 42, of New Lebanon, was arrested at 12:40 pm on March 2 in Nassau for fourth-degree grand larceny.
