ValleyCats Coaching Clinic set for March 16: The Tri-City ValleyCats have announced that their Coaching Clinic scheduled for March 16has been postponed to a later date. Instruction will be led by Ryan Cameron, Joe Mahoney, and Garett Baron. The clinic will focus on teaching youth coaches ways to run more fun and interactive practices. It will also showcase new practice equipment and highlight drills for proper conditioning. Shenendehowa Summer Tennis Camp 2020: The Shen summer tennis Camp will be offering sessions of tennis instruction for beg-intermediate and high school level players in the following format: 11-17yrs. Monday through Thursday, 9am to 9:30am, High School Morning Session Monday through Thursday, 10:30am to noon, High School Evening Group Monday through Thursday, 4pm to 6pm. Ice Hockey Goalie Academy Skills Clinic: Every Monday night from 6:30 to 7:30p.m. at the Hockey Hut followed by a one hour goalie-focused off-ice training session.The clinic will include stations that focus on rebound control, depth, angles, skating skills, and hand positioning. Game type situations and video and photo to help goalies show their position and movement in the crease. $25drop-in and $20promotion if you bring a skilled shooter. Complimentary assessments and on-ice evaluations available for more personalized private and semi-private sessions in and out of season, just ask! During this difficult time period, we are looking for ways that we can support our community and do our part to help out. Hockey Hut Mites Mania: Power- skating and skill development will be the main focus of this camp. A great camp for young players to further develop their skills and have fun.
