The Night Owl unveils new patio, menu, and summer schedule

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. » The Night Owl, a craft cocktail bar and dance club, has reopened its doors at 17 Maple Ave. The property will serve guests on the new, revamped patio as well as inside with nightly entertainm­ent and a new cocktail menu.

For the months of June, July and August, the patio will be open Wednesday through Sunday. Hours include opening Saturday and Sunday at 3 p.m. and Wednesday through Friday at 5 p.m.

On Fridays the club will feature live music from local star Leah Woods, and on Saturdays will host the nationally acclaimed Alta Havana Cuban jazz duo. On Sundays, The Night Owl will throw a Caribbean soul party from 3-7 p.m. featuring the talented DJ Trumastr.

Guests can expect a completely transforme­d patio with lush greenery, tropical plantings, a new stage and a plush turf lawn. The cocktails will follow the tropical summertime theme and include favorites such as the classic New Orleans Hurricane concocted with a house-made Fassionola recipe; the La Sandia, a watermelon, lime, St. Germain and tequila cocktail; the Sailor’s Delight made with vodka, lime, vanilla, ginger and guava soda; fruit Shooters and more. An allnight small bites menu will continue to be offered and guests will be allowed to enjoy take out from neighbors Tatu or Comfort Kitchen.
