Criminal mischief: Justin Redcross, 25, of Bennington, VT, was arrested at 7:05p.m. on June 30in Hoosick for criminal mischief with intent to damage property, second-degree obstructio­n of government­al administra­tion, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a stolen vehicle.

Sex offense: Kevin Teal, 63, of Troy, was arrested at 6:36a.m. on July 1in Troy for promoting a sexual performanc­e by a child less than 17 and possessing a sexual performanc­e by a child.

Forgery: Ali Aboubacar, 57, of Troy, was arrested at 2p.m. on July 1in Albany for second-degree possession of a forged instrument, first-degree falsifying of business records, and giving a false statement about or altering a vehicle’s mileage registrati­on device.

DWI: Michael McDonald, 37, of Troy, was arrested at 10:21p.m. on July 2in Watervliet for driving while intoxicate­d, operating a motor vehicle with blood-alcohol content .08of 1%, and second-degree facilitati­on of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

DWI: Joseph Ordway, 52, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 5:41p.m. on July 3in East Greenbush for driving while intoxicate­d and operating a motor vehicle with blood-alcohol content .08of 1%.

Larceny: Sara Lally, 35, of Albany, was arrested at 8:30a.m. in Brunswick for seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance, and again at 8:16pm on July 3in Brunswick for 2counts of petit larceny.

DWI: Brianna Royce, 22, of Stephentow­n, was arrested at 10:40 p.m. on July 3in Sand Lake for driving while intoxicate­d and operating a motor vehicle with blood-alcohol content .08of 1%.

DWI: Andrea Berner, 37, of Averill Park, was arrested at 1:09a.m. on July 4in Sand Lake for driving while intoxicate­d with a previous conviction within 10years.

DWI: Mary King, 67, of Northampto­n, MA, was arrested at 11:35p.m. on July 4in Schodack for driving while intoxicate­d and aggravated driving while intoxicate­d.

Criminal contempt: Heather Welch, 32, of Troy, was arrested at 1:26p.m. on July 5in Schodack for second-degree criminal contempt for disobeying a court order.

Robbery: Oscar Rodriguez, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 12:20p.m. on July 6in Guilderlan­d for seconddegr­ee robbery while displaying a firearm, second-degree menacing with a weapon, third-degree grand larceny, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use.
