ABC violation: Roger Charonneau, 84, of Schaghticoke, was arrested at 1:43 p.m. on July 3 in Brunswick for prohibited sale of alcoholic beverages and first- degree unlawful dealing with a child involving alcohol.

ABC violation: Ankit Sanan, 22, of Cohoes, was arrested at 3:42 p.m. on July 3 in Brunswick for prohibited sale of alcoholic beverages and first-degree unlawful dealing with a child involving alcohol.

ABC violation: Brittany Clark, 20, of Troy, was arrested at 4:14 p.m. on July 3 in Brunswick for prohibited sale of alcoholic beverages and first-degree unlawful dealing with a child involving alcohol.

ABC violation: Mohammad Shaikh, 20, of Watervliet, was arrested at 4:43 p.m. on July 3 in Brunswick for prohibited sale of alcoholic beverages and first- degree unlawful dealing with a child involving alcohol.

DWAI: James Ashley, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 1:18 a.m. on July 8 in Brunswick for seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first- degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

Drug possession: Steven Bruno, 31, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 7:51 p.m. on July 8 in Schodack for 2 counts of seventh- degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third- degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Burglary: Robert Hamel, 31, of Troy, was arrested at 1:41 p.m. on July 8 in Troy for third- degree burglary by illegal entry with intent and criminal mischief with intent to damage property.

ABC violation: Dierdre Cook, 48, of Pittstown, was arrested at 2:34 p.m. on July 3 in Pittstown for prohibited sale of alcoholic beverages and first- degree unlawful dealing with a child involving alcohol.

Criminal contempt: Hanley Palmer, 57, of Stephentown, was arrested at 12:10 p.m. on July 10 in Schodack for second- degree criminal contempt for disobeying a court order.

Drug possession: A minor, 18; and Virkwan Hickman, 19; of Albany, were arrested at 10:24 p.m. on July 10 in North Greenbush for fourth- degree criminal possession of stolen firearms, second- degree criminal possession of a loaded firearm, and unlawful possession of an ammunition feed device.

DWI: Dina Fitzpatrick, 46, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on July 11 in Albany for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

DWI: Keith Raphael, 37, of Troy, was arrested at 2:27 am on July 12 in Guilderland for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

DWI: Michael Byrnes, 63, of Hunter, was arrested at 6:05 pm on July 12 in Pittstown for driving while intoxicated.

Criminal Contempt: Robin Spencer, 34, of Troy, was arrested at 10:15 am on July 13 in Schodack for second- degree criminal contempt for disobeying a court order.

DWI: McKenzie Bassett, 28, of Stephentown, was arrested at 11:19 pm on July 13 in Stephentown for driving while intoxicated.

DWI: Kevin Upton, 48, of Valley Falls, was arrested at 5:30 pm on July 13 in Albany for driving while intoxicated.
