Theories and Techniques of Coaching: Class dates are July 18 and 19, from 7 am to 5 pm. This is one of the courses required to coach in New York State high schools. Theories and Techniques of coaching will be taught in Guilderland at the Vent Fitness Center at 2080 Western Avenue in the Hamilton Square Mall. The cost is $195 if registered prior to July 2. $250 will be required after July 2. Tuition is non-refundable but can be credited to future classes. Our summer lineup includes: Tuesday evening lacrosse programs, July 7– August 4; Day camps, 9 amto noon on July 6 through 10, and July 13 through17; Night camp is 6 pm to 8 pm August 3 –7.
In each of our programs we will have the following age and skill levels: A 5 – 9 grade advanced
skills Coach Corner; A 5 -10 grade novice skill program; A 5 - 10 grade beginner skill program; A 2 - 4 grade full equipment program for all levels of players; A co- ed grades k – 5 non- contact learn to play program. Shenendehowa Summer Tennis Camp 2020: The Shen summer tennis Camp will be offering sessions of tennis instruction for beg-intermediate and high school level players in the following format: 11-17 yrs. Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 9:30 am, High School Morning Session Monday through Thursday, 10:30 amto noon, High School Evening Group Monday through Thursday, 4 pm to 6 pm. Sessions run Monday through Thursday starting on July 29 and going until the week of July 27. Camps will be held at Shen East Tennis courts.

SAVE! Ice Hockey Goalie Academy Skills Clinic: Every Monday night from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Hockey Hut followed by a one hour goalie-focused off-ice training session.The clinic will include stations that focus on rebound control, depth, angles, skating skills, and hand positioning. Game type situations and video and photo to help goalies show their position and movement in the crease. $25 drop-in and $20 promotion if you bring a skilled shooter. Hockey Hut Online Training: We hope everyone is staying safe during this trying time. In Keeping with the standards set by our government, our current programming is on hold. As soon as we can schedule our Tactical Power Skating and our Pond Hockey League we will, stay tuned.
During this difficult time period, we are looking for ways that we can support our community and do our part to help out. On the Hockey Hut Facebook and Instagram pages tune in for core, plyometric, strength, stick handling, and shooting drills.
Hockey Hut Mites Mania: Power-skating and skill development will be the main focus of this camp. A great camp for young players to further develop their skills and have fun. From June 29th to July 2nd at the Hockey Hut from 7:45 am to noon for ages 6U to 8U. Register at myhockeyhut.com.

Hockey Hut Bantam Transition Camp: Players will receive instruction on how to properly check and receive body contact in a controlled environment. Hockey Hut presents the Pierre Leblond Advanced Skills Class: Come train with a PRO! Each week players will work on a variety of advanced hockey skills training.
