CAP COM Federal Credit Union names Urban VP of member services
ALBANY, N.Y. » CAP COM Federal Credit Union recently hired Carin Urban as its new vice president of member services, overseeing the credit union’s 11 branches, as well as its member contact center.
Urban, who started her new position at CAP COMon Aug.t 3, will develop and lead programs to strengthen member experience and service delivery.
She brings more than 25 years of retail banking management experience to the position, and will report to Susan Rosko Fogarty, CAP COM’s chief relationship officer.
Urban joins CAP COM after five years at Berkshire Bank. She most recently served as first vice president and regional manager where she oversaw 24 branches in New York and Vermont.
Urban also served in leadership roles at KeyBank and Citizens Bank.
A longtime Clifton Park resident, Urban has volunteered with many local non-profit organizations in the Capital Region including Girls Inc., the Leukemia Lymphoma Society and Junior Achievement.
