Unlicensed driving: Jay Bryant, 48, of West Sand Lake, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. on Feb. 23 in Sand Lake for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with 3 or more open suspensions from 3 or more separate dates and second-degree criminal impersonation.

Drug possession: A minor, 18, of Averill Park, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Feb. 25 in Sand Lake for fourth-degree criminal possession of greater than 2 ounces of marijuana.

Larceny: Orlando Perez, 53, of Troy, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on Feb. 25 in Brunswick for petit larceny.

Larceny: Christine Werneburg, 50, of Albany, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. on Feb. 25 in Brunswick for petit larceny.

DWI: Donald Hunt, 25, of Troy, was arrested at 11 pm on Feb. 25 in Brunswick for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with bloodalcohol content .08 of 1%.

Larceny: Sareta Adams, 23, of Troy, was arrested at 3:48 p.m. on Feb. 26 in Troy for petit larceny, fourth-degree grand larceny of property valued greater than $1,000, and 2 counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument.

Sex offense: Joseph Lyle, 23, of Petersburg, was arrested at 6:15 a.m. on Feb. 26 in Brunswick for possession a sexual performance by a child and promoting a sexual performance by a child under 17.

Larceny: Sonia Sanchez Lind, 36, of Troy, was arrested at 10:20 a.m. on Feb. 26 in Brunswick for petit larceny.

Impersonation: Jose Candelario, 54, of Troy, was arrested at 1:56 p.m. on Feb. 26 in Menands for false impersonation.

Assault: Theodore Westervelt, 24, of Petersburg, was arrested at 5:32 p.m. on Feb. 28 in Brunswick for third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury.

Drug possession: Justin Burt, 37, of Sand Lake, was arrested at 6 pm on March 1 in Sand Lake for 3 counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and 2 counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
