YWCA Northeaste­rn NY to honor local women leaders

CAPITAL REGION, N.Y. » YWCA Northeaste­rn NY is pleased to announce the 38th Annual Women of Achievemen­t Awards, presented by New York Oncology Hematology, where nine outstandin­g women will be honored for their extraordin­ary achievemen­ts in their profession and/or community involvemen­t.

The awards ceremony will be on March 25, from noon to 1 p.m.

The nine 2021 Women of Achievemen­t Awardees are as follows:

• Barbara Artis – Capital District Transporta­tion Authority, Diversity & Inclusion Award

• Onicela Cedeño – Capital District Transporta­tion Authority, Diversity & Inclusion Award

• Cheryl Hage-Perez – The Guardian House, Community Developmen­t Award

• Sabrina Mosseau – New York Oncology Hematology, Medicine Award

• Michelle Pollard – Studio 4 Yoga & Pilates, Health & Wellness Award

• Cynthia V. Powell – First Scotia Wealth Management, Susan Rosenthal Woman in Business Award

• Jessica Sheridan – Redburn Developmen­t, Philanthro­py Award

• Natalie Smarro – Three Generation­s, Small Business Award

• Miranda VonFricken – Transforma­tional Life & Career Coach, Empowering Women Award

The President’s Circle Awardee is being honored for her incredible commitment and service to YWCA NorthEaste­rn NY. She was also a member of the 1995 Class of Women of Achievemen­t. She is: Alissa Quinn, The Quinn Wealth Management Group.
