DWAI: A minor, 17, of Troy, was arrested at 10:42p.m. on Nov. 24 in Guilderland for first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. Larceny: Tiara Greene, 30, of Brunswick, was arrested at 12:04 p.m. on Nov. 26 in Brunswick for second-degree grand larceny, seconddegree forgery, second-degree possession of a forged instrument, first-degree identity theft, and thirddegree unlawful possession of a personal ID. Rape: A minor, 16, of Averill Park, was arrested at 9a.m. on Nov. 24 in Schodack for first-degree rape by intercourse with a person less than 11. Criminal Possession: Barbara Churchill, 32, of Bumpass, VA, was arrested at 1:01 p.m. on Nov. 27 in East Greenbush for 2counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Criminal Mischief: Raymond Willsey, 45, of Pittstown, was arrested at 9:53a.m. on Nov. 27in Pittstown for fourth-degree criminal mischief. Larceny: Nicholas Burt, 26, of Pittstown, was arrested at 5:09 p.m. on Nov. 27 in Pittstown for petit larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy. Larceny: Dillon Burt, 29, of Pittstown, was arrested at 4:27 p.m. on Nov. 27 in Pittstown for petit larceny, third-degree criminal tampering, and sixth-degree conspiracy. Assault: Andrew Tuthill, 36, of Stephentown, was arrested at 10:17p.m. on Nov. 28 in Schodack for thirddegree assault with intent to cause physical injury. Larceny: Tyler Valentine, 27, of Ballston Lake, was arrested at 5:15p.m. on Nov. 29 in Brunswick for petit larceny.
