Criminal Contempt: Daniel Wescott, 39, of Troy, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Dec. 14 in Grafton for first-degree criminal contempt with a prior offense, aggravated criminal contempt with a prior offense, and aggravated family offense.

Arson: Tremel Gibson, 28, of Clifton Park, was arrested at 10:23a.m. on Dec. 14 in Troy for thirddegree arson intentionally damaging a building and fourth-degree conspiracy.

DWI: Emmanuel Echevarria, 27, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 2:30a.m. on Dec. 15 in Albany for driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%, and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

Larceny: Tavel Harris, 43, Of Rensselaer, was arrested at 8:10p.m. on Dec. 15 in Brunswick for petit larceny.

Larceny: William Carter, 49, of Albany, was arrested at 7:25p.m. on Dec. 16 in Brunswick for petit larceny.

Criminal Possession: Jeremy Reames, 46, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 1:09 p.m. on Dec. 17 in Schodack for 2 counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Fraud: Michael Lepage, 53, of Glens Falls, was arrested 3:10p.m. on Dec. 17 in Brunswick for fourthdegree insurance fraud for more than $1,000 and offering a false written statement.

Burglary: Megan Russ, 42, of Chatham, was arrested at 7:53p.m. on Dec. 17 in Brunswick for third-degree burglary by illegal entry into a building with intent to commit a crime, petit larceny, and second-degree bail jump

ing.

DWI: Nicholas Chenard, 43, of Wynantskill, was arrested at 9:38 p.m .on Dec. 17 in Guilderland for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

DWI: Montana Macken, 26, of Troy, was arrested at 12:09 a.m. on Dec. 18 in Guilderland for driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.

ABC Violation: Dean Bilpuh, 29, of Rensselaer, was arrested at 6:28p.m .on Dec. 18in Rensselaer for prohibited sale of alcoholic beverages and unlawful dealing with a child involving alcohol.
