DWI: Christina Arango, 38, of Sand Lake, was arrested at 7:56 pm on May 29 in Sand Lake for driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger, operating a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content .08 of 1%, endangering the welfare of a child, and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.
