BOYS SUMMER LACROSSE: Capitalland summer lacrosse programs will be starting June 28 and go through mid-August with half day camps and evening programs. Our programs are open to all beginners, novice, and advanced skilled players in kindergarten through tenth grade throughout the capital district at a fraction of the cost of other local programs. Our staff includes some of the finest past and present coaches in the capital district. Our summer lineup includes: Tuesday evening lacrosse programs — June 28 through August 2; Day camps — 9 a.m. to noon on July 11 through 15, and July 18 through 22; Night camp — 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. August 1 through 5. In each of our programs we will have the following age and skill levels: A 5th through 9th grade advanced skills Coach Corner; A 5th through 10th grade novice skill program; A 5th through 10th grade beginner skill program; A 2nd through 4th grade full equipment program for all levels of players; A co-ed grades kindergarten through 5th non-contact learn to play program. Set your Goals with the Saratoga Springs Recreation Department’s Spring Soccer Program: Everyone age 3 through adult is welcome. All youth programs are co-ed and specific to age and/or grade level.

Hockey Hut Summer Camps are right around the corner: The Hockey Hut is excited for another summer of maximizing players development spots are starting to fill up! Put in your deposit now to reserve your players spot in our camps! Camps include over three hours of on-ice instruction including power-skating, puck control, and shooting. All camps will involve instruction tailored to that week. Camps also include outdoor off-ice training and hockey skills. All players will receive a jersey at the beginning of each camp.

SAVE! Ice Hockey Goalie Academy Skills Clinic: Every Monday night from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Hockey Hut followed by a one hour goalie-focused off-ice training session.The clinic will include stations that focus on rebound control, depth, angles, skating skills, and hand positioning. Game type situations and video and photo to help goalies show their position and movement in the crease. $25 drop-in and $20 promotion if you bring a skilled shooter. Complimentary assessments and on-ice evaluations available for more personalized private and semi-private sessions in and out of season, just ask! Hockey Hut presents the Pierre Leblond Advanced Skills Class: Come train with a PRO! Each week players will work on a variety of advanced hockey skills training. Battle drills, edgework, shooting and more, all at a high rate of speed. Register on-site when you arrive, or call us ahead of time. Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Six sessions for $180.
Hockey Hut presents Drop In Shooting Class: Drop in class to work on the wrist shot and scoring moves. Saturdays at 11 am at the Hockey Hut. Cost: $20 per class. Payment received on location.
