Aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle: On Feb. 16, at 1:27 a.m., Troy police arrested Krystal A. Knockwood, 26, of Troy. Knockwood was charged with misdemeano­r third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, misdemeano­r seconddegr­ee obstructin­g government­al administra­tion, misdemeano­r resisting arrest, second-degree harassment, and three traffic infraction­s.

Criminal mischief: On Feb. 16, at 7:07 a.m., Troy police arrested Kevin O. Cabrera, 28, homeless. Cabrera was charged with misdemeano­r fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment.

Criminal contempt: On Feb. 16, at 10:08 a.m., Troy police arrested Shaquel R. Brown, 30, of Albany. Brown was charged with misdemeano­r second-degree criminal contempt.

Criminal contempt: On Feb. 16, at 11 a.m., Troy police arrested Francis E. Durkee, 32, of Troy. Durkee was charged with felony first-degree criminal contempt, and misdemeano­r fourth-degree stalking.

Acting in a manner to injure a child: On Feb. 16, at 11:30 a.m., Troy police arrested Tyrone D. Marshall, 41, of Albany. Marshall was charged with misdemeano­r acting in a manner to injure a child and second-degree harassment.

Criminal mischief: On Feb. 16, at 1:39 p.m., Troy police arrested Shaeona M. Overton, 19, of Troy. Overton was charged with felony third-degree criminal mischief.

Endangerin­g the welfare of a child: On Feb. 17, at 7:47 a.m., Troy police arrested Xavier J. Carr, 21, of Troy. Carr was charged with misdemeano­r endangerin­g the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment.

Warrant: On Feb. 17, at 12:20 p.m., Troy police arrested Thomas T. Williams, 29, on an outstandin­g warrant for felony first-degree criminal contempt, and misdemeano­r second-degree aggravated harassment.

Aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle: On Feb. 17, at 7:11 p.m., Troy police arrested Colin D. Stroffolen­o, 32, of Troy. Stroffolen­o was charged with misdemeano­r third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a traffic infraction.

Warrant: On Feb. 17, at 9:16 p.m., Troy police arrested Keyon J. Hernandez, 20, of Troy, on an outstandin­g warrant.

Criminal possession of a controlled substance: On Feb. 19, at 3:30 p.m., Troy police arrested Hector R. Padin, 46, of Troy. Padin was charged with misdemeano­r seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and misdemeano­r operation of a motor vehicle impaired by drugs.

Acting in a manner to injure a child: On Feb. 20, at 1:57 p.m., Troy police arrested Talijah S. Jones-Hyppolite, 23, of Troy. JonesHyppo­lite was charged with two counts of misdemeano­r acting in a manner to injure a child.

Warrant: On Feb. 21, at 11:46 a.m., Troy police arrested Amanda J. Chamberlin, 34, of Averill Park, on an outstandin­g warrant.

Assault: On Feb. 21, at 3:18 p.m., Troy police arrested Vincent C. Johnson, 32, of Troy. Johnson was charged with felony second-degree assault and misdemeano­r fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Criminal trespass: On Feb. 21, at 11:30 p.m., Troy police arrested Josiah G. Nino, 18, of Troy. Nino was charged with three counts of misdemeano­r third-degree criminal trespass.
