Warrant: On Feb. 13, at 10:53 a.m., Troy police arrested Naquan M. Ruiz, 32, of Troy, on an outstanding warrant.

Criminal mischief: On Feb. 13, at 8:06 p.m., Troy police arrested Jahkeem P. Davis, 25, of Troy Davis was charged with misdemeanor fourth-degree criminal mischief and misdemeanor second-degree criminal trespass.

Grand larceny: On Feb. 13, at 10:11 p.m., Troy police arrested Michelle M. Rood, 27, of Troy. Rood was charged with felony fourth-degree grand larceny and trespassing.

Criminal possession of a controlled substance: On Feb. 14, at 10:07 a.m., Troy police arrested Dale T. Sousie, 42, of Troy. Sousie was charged with felony fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle: On Feb. 14, at 12:01 p.m., Troy police arrested Todd M. Marshall, 33, of Green Island. Marshall was charged with misdemeanor third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, two traffic infractions and illegal dumping.

Warrant: On Feb. 14, at 7:09 p.m., Troy police arrested Chad T. Fogarty, 21, of Troy, on an outstanding warrant for felony first-degree criminal contempt.

Criminal contempt: On Feb. 15, at 12:01 a.m., Troy police arrested Jalon M. Roberts, 30, of Albany. Roberts was charged with felony first-degree criminal contempt, misdemeanor petit larceny, misdemeanor resisting arrest, and second-degree harassment.

Criminal possession of a weapon: On Feb. 15, at 4:13 a.m., Troy police arrested Lydia E. Planas-Cepeda, 43, of Troy. Planas-Cepeda was charged with felony third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, misdemeanor second-degree menacing, misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child, and second-degree harassment.

Assault: On Feb. 15, at 8:06 a.m., Troy police arrested Silas S. Lewis, 28, of Troy. Lewis was charged with misdemeanor third-degree assault, and misdemeanor acting in a manner to injure a child.

Criminal mischief: On Feb. 15, at 8:30 a.m., Troy police arrested Romney Venson, 21, of Troy. Venson was charged with misdemeanor fourth-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree harassment.

Harassment: On Feb. 15, at 9:14 a.m., Troy police arrested Jazmen R. Johnson, 32, of Troy. Johnson was charged with second-degree harassment.

Warrant: On Feb. 15, at 10:26 a.m., Troy police arrested Carlos A. Nieves, 31, homeless, on an outstanding warrant.

Animal cruelty: On Feb. 15, at 10:30 a.m., Troy police arrested Quanesha Andrades, 30, of Troy. Andrades was charged with two counts of misdemeanor torturing, injuring, and not feeding an animal.

Criminal trespass: On Feb. 15, at 12:29 p.m., Troy police arrested Shalaysia Vautrin, 19, of Niskayuna. Vautrin was charged with misdemeanor third-degree criminal trespass.

Warrant: On Feb. 15, at 4:45 p.m., Troy police arrested Jawan D. Myers, 22, of Albany, on an outstanding warrant.
