Grand larceny: On Feb. 9, at 11:17 p.m., Troy Police arrested Nancy Glass, 27, of Troy. Glass was charged with felony fourth-degree grand larceny of a credit card and felony fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property of a credit card.

Criminal possession of a controlled substance: On Feb. 10, at 1:00 a.m., Troy police arrested John J. Perricone, 31, of Troy. Perricone was charged with misdemeano­r seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and misdemeano­r endangerin­g the welfare of a child.

Assault: On Feb. 10, at 9:40 p.m., Troy police arrested Lorenzo Jones, 37, of Troy. Jones was charged with felony second-degree assault with intent to cause injury with a weapon, misdemeano­r fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use and misdemeano­r acting in a manner to injure a child less than 17.

Harassment: On Feb. 11, at 10:30 a.m., Troy police arrested Angel Martinez, 30, of Bayonne, NJ. Martinez was charged with violation second-degree harassment with physical contact and misdemeano­r endangerin­g the welfare of a child.

Criminal mischief: On Feb. 11, at 1:26 p.m., Troy police arrested Zakavi D. Francis, 24, of Albany. Francis was charged with misdemeano­r fourth-degree criminal mischief and violation second-degree harassment with physical contact.

Criminal contempt: On Feb. 11, at 3:49 p.m., Troy police arrested Billy E Fay, 24, of Cohoes. Fay was charged with misdemeano­r second-degree criminal contempt disobeying the court.

Acting in a manner to injure a child: On Feb. 13, at 8:54 a.m., Troy police arrested Ciara M. Hicks, 35, of Troy. Hicks was charged with misdemeano­r acting in a manner to injure a child.

Assault: On Feb. 13, at 10:40 a.m., Troy police arrested George S. Davis, 33, of Troy. Davis was charged with misdemeano­r third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury and misdemeano­r fourth-degree criminal mischief by preventing an emergency call.

Petit Larceny: On Feb. 13, at 2:07 p.m., Troy police arrested Rebecca Dodge, 50. Dodge was charged with misdemeano­r petit larceny, misdemeano­r third-degree identity theft to obtain goods, misdemeano­r second-degree criminal impersonat­ion of another person and felony fourth-degree possession of a credit card.

Criminal contempt: On Feb. 14, at 11:47 a.m., Troy police arrested David F. Weiler, 35, of Troy. Weiler was charged with misdemeano­r second-degree criminal contempt disobeying the court.

Harassment: On Feb. 14, at 12:45 p.m., Troy police arrested Jedadia J. Wescott, 37, of Troy. Wescott was charged with second-degree harassment with physical contact.

Criminal mischief: On Feb. 14, at 5:17 p.m., Troy police arrested Oshione P. Itebe, 20, of Albany. Itebe was charged with felony third-degree criminal mischief involving property greater than $250.

Obstructio­n of government­al administra­tion: On Feb. 14, at 4:32 p.m., Troy police arrested Yvenson Thide, 33, of Troy. Thide was charged with misdemeano­r second-degree obstructio­n of government­al administra­tion and one traffic violation.

Criminal contempt: On Feb. 14, at 8:54 p.m., Troy police arrested Ahmend J. Brice, 34, of Troy. Brice was charged with felony first-degree criminal contempt.

Criminal contempt: On Feb. 15, at 9:22 a.m., Troy police arrested David D. Dubois, 44, of Troy. Dubois was charged with misdemeano­r second-degree criminal contempt disobeying the court.

Harassment: On Feb. 15, at 10:15 a.m., Troy police arrested Daquon A. Jones, 31, of Troy. Jones was charged with second-degree harassment with physical contact, misdemeano­r criminal obstructio­n of breath by applying pressure and execution of a bench warrant.

Aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle: On Feb. 15, at 1:02 p.m., Troy police arrested Sean Davis, 25, of Troy. Davis was charged with misdemeano­r third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and

one traffic violation.

Criminal mischief: On Feb. 15, at 11:38 p.m., Troy police arrested Fryar Marcus, 26, of Troy. Marcus was charged with felony

third-degree criminal mischief involving property greater than $250.

Criminal contempt: On Feb. 16, at 10:18 a.m., Troy police arrested Jedadia J. Wescott, 37, of Troy. Wescott was charged with misdemeano­r second-degree criminal contempt disobeying the court and

misdemeano­r third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

Burglary: On Feb. 16, 10:00 pm., Troy police arrested Cerena E. Montgomery, 38, of Albany. Montgomery was charged with felony second-degree burglary of a dwelling,

misdemeano­r fourth-degree criminal mischief with intent to damage property, misdemeano­r fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, misdemeano­r criminal obstructio­n of breathing with applied pressure and misdemeano­r second-degree

aggravated harassment with a threat.

Harassment: On Feb. 17, at 2:06 a.m., Troy police arrested Brandon M. Lauder, 21, of Troy. Lauder was charged with second-degree harassment with physical contact, misdemeano­r third-degree menacing and misdemeano­r

fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use.

Petit larceny: On Feb. 18, at 8:05 p.m., Troy police arrested Amie L. Gerard-Carr, 44, of Waterford. Gerard-Carr was charged with misdemeano­r petit larceny.
