EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. >> A person with knowledge of the situation tells The Associated Press that free agent guard John Jerry has agreed to return to the New York Giants.

The person spoke to the AP on condition of anonymity because the threeyear deal has not been signed.

The person said Mondat that the deal is worth $10 million, with a little over $4 million guaranteed.

Jerry started all 16 regular-season games and the wild-card contest in his third season with the Giants.

New York lost starting right tackle Marshall Newhouse to the free agency on Friday but signed former Charger D.J. Fluker over the weekend.

Fluker can play guard and tackle but he played at guard the past two seasons with the Chargers.

The Giants have already signed former San Diego Chargers offensive lineman D.J. Fluker to a one-year, $3 million deal.

The Giants announced the signing Sunday.

The 11th pick overall in 2013, Fluker started 61 of 66 regular-season and postseason games for San Diego over the last four seasons. He was released on Tuesday by the Chargers.

Fluker started 31 games in the regular season and two playoff games at right tackle in his first two seasons. He started 12 games at right guard in 2015, and all 16 last season.

In the past week, the Giants (11-5) have signed receiver Brandon Marshall and tight end Rhett Ellison, who can also play as an H-back.

All charges dismissed against Revis

A judge has dismissed all charges against former New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis stemming from a fight last month in Pittsburgh.

Revis had been charged with aggravated assault and other counts in a fight Feb. 12 in which two men were punched and knocked out.

A witness testified Wednesday that he came to Revis’ aid during the fight and was responsible for the knockout punches.

Police said the incident began when a man started recording a video of Revis and Revis grabbed his phone and tried to delete it.

The Jets released Revis shortly after the incident and he’s yet to sign with another team.
