State Reps. Jay Case (R-63) and John Piscopo (R-76) presented a legislative citation of appreciation to Adam Atkins, music and chorus teacher at The Gilbert School, during Connecticut Arts Day that was held at the State Capitol on March 2. Atkins was also named a Connecticut Art Hero during the ceremony.
