TRAILS PLANT SALE: The NWCTY – Torrington Trails Network will be holding its fifth annual plant sale May 20, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in the municipal parking lot next to the Torrington Library, with perennials, annuals, ground covers, vegetables, herbs and house plants. The trail network is raising funds to continue work on Buttrick Trail, Sue Grossman Southerly Extension, Red Mountain Trail and the Naugatuck River Greenway.
