RESCHEDULE­D SOCIAL: A Town Wide Ice Cream Social for Winsted has been reschedule­d to May 19, 4-6 p.m. at East End Park. Live music and face painting for children provided. The ice cream is being provided by the Northwest Hills Council of Government­s. Winsted residents answered the most planning surveys of the twenty-two towns in the NHCOG this past winter.
